Individual = One person, by themselves, working alone.
Team Member = A facilitator created your team in iPRISM and you are joining with a team code that they have provided. A text box will appear to enter the code if you choose this option.
Team Lead/Facilitator = The first person on a team to enter the iPRISM Webtool. Either the PI, Project Lead or the Project Manager who will create the team on iPRISM by adding team members and likely facilitating discussion after the team has completed and review results.
